Grammys always offer us interesting, provocative looks and this time was no differnet. The 59th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony was held on February 12 in Los Angeles and James Corden hosted it.
Most outfits were not good but not bad but here are only the best and the worst.
BEST
Three simple but beautiful outfits. Joy Huerta in a black-red V neckline dress, Hillary Scott in starry Jenny Packham column gown and Joy Villain a pure white dress with a red heart shaped clutch.
Best of sexy. Katharine McPhee wore a Thai Nguyen Atelier gown with Sara Weinstock and EFFY jewelry and Aldo sandals. I like the rainbow-striped bodice of this gown. Chrissy Teigen in Roberto Cavalli sheer, cut-out gown and Kristin Cavallari in plunging Olima dress.
Best of fairy-tale vibe: Camila Cabello and Jane Zhang. Camila in a lavender Miri Couture ball gown and Jane in a Tony Ward Couture gown, a Piaget watch and jewelry and YSL shoes.
I also approve. Kat Graham in a Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture with Le Vian earrings and a Swati ring. Liane V in a sexy nude Olvi's lace garment. Laverne Cox in a leather Bryan Hearn design with figure-framing cutouts down the side that still managed to stay tastefully appropriate given the occasion. Malina Moye in a flowery Dalia Macphee dress.
WORST
They are pretty self-explanatory. Scary Rabyt, rock look gone wrong on Juliette Larthe, Saint Heart and Jacqueline Van Bierk in a kitsch cd dress.
Girl Crush jumped into a ball pit while Joy Villa opted for a bizarre frock in patriotic colors of red, white and blue that reads: "Make America great again." Halsey in a horrible Christian Wijnanats blue ensemble and Erika Jayne.
Elle King, Michelle Pesce, Katy Perry, Taraji P. Henson, Lady Gaga and some others also looked really bad.
